Rolands Smits is about to sign with the Ningbo Rockets of the Chinese league, as confirmed by Turkish journalist Ferhat Yesiltas. The 31-year-old Latvian power forward says goodbye to the Spanish market after being linked all summer to Valencia Basket, Barça, and Baskonia.
