Spain has been fortunate to have had a great deal of talent in its history. Moreover, it just so happens that the best have played together in a generation that has made its mark in basketball history. Below we present what is, for us, the all-time ideal starting five for the national team:

Ricky Rubio (Point Guard): His vision and passing skills have made him a key player both in the NBA and for the national team.
Juan Carlos Navarro (Shooting Guard): "La Bomba" has been a reference point in Spanish basketball, known for his scoring ability and leadership.
Rudy Fernández (Small Forward): With his versatility and three-point shooting ability, Rudy has been a crucial player for the team, contributing both defensively and offensively.
Pau Gasol (Power Forward): One of the greatest players in history, with a career full of success in the NBA and international competitions.
Marc Gasol (Center): Brother of Pau, Marc has been instrumental in the interior game, excelling in defense and showing great intelligence on the court.
