NBA Rumors: The Golden State Warriors' Big Offer for Giannis Antetokounmpo That Has Seduced the Bucks

Everything points to Tyler Herro's time with the Miami Heat possibly coming to an end, one way or another. Amid Miami's attempt to go all-in for Giannis Antetokounmpo, conflicting reports have emerged placing the shooting guard at the center of the market's big soap opera.

As reported by Brett Siegel (Clutch Points), the Milwaukee Bucks would demand Herro and "all" young assets from the Heat as part of the trade for the Greek Freak. Among those names would likely be Kel'el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr., and power forward Nikola Jovic. However, there is information suggesting otherwise: Milwaukee reportedly doesn't want Herro, leading the Heat to offer him in the market in exchange for first-round picks to strengthen their proposal to the Bucks.

Herro's season has been clearly affected by physical issues. He has only played 11 games, averaging 21.9 points per game. His three-point shooting has dropped to 35.8%, the lowest of his career, although his historical average stands at 38.2%. Looking ahead, Herro could consider a four-year extension worth $207 million after the season, a factor that also influences any negotiation.

While Miami and Milwaukee try to clarify their stance, the Minnesota Timberwolves are also showing strong interest in Antetokounmpo. Nevertheless, multiple sources agree that the Golden State Warriors are currently the top favorite. "In league offices, everyone is waiting, hoping for a major trade to be completed at any moment," Siegel notes regarding the Giannis sweepstakes. All eyes are on San Francisco.

The Warriors, determined to go all-in

"Golden State's interest in Giannis is known throughout the NBA, and the Bucks are also aware," writes Siegel. According to his information, both franchises have extensively discussed a potential trade, with the Warriors being the most resolute team.

So far, Milwaukee has not rejected Golden State's offer. General manager Jon Horst and the Bucks' management are interested in acquiring all the Warriors' future assets, though they are taking their time to decide. In fact, Golden State has not ruled out this possibility.
