NBA Rumors: Kristaps Porzingis Wants to Leave the Warriors

Kristaps Porzingis leaves his future with the Golden State Warriors up in the air. The Latvian center faces an uncertain free agency. “It's hard to say,” he acknowledged after the loss to Cleveland. “I didn't have a good year. I barely showed what I'm capable of, so I have to see what's out there.”

Porzingis, 30, arrived from the Atlanta Hawks before the trade deadline. Since then, he has averaged 17.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 12 games with Golden State.

However, his adaptation was hampered by health problems. After debuting on February 19, he was out for two weeks due to an illness partly linked to his diagnosis of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Since his return in March, he has maintained a starting role.
