Donald Trump clashes with LeBron James again

LeBron James has sparked a new controversy after making gestures that seemed to imitate a golf swing and a shot during the U.S. national anthem, prior to the season opener between the Philadelphia 76ers and the New York Knicks (106-100). Donald Trump accused him on Truth Social of disrespecting the country and demanded he apologize to the military and deceased American heroes.

Criticism also came from conservative sectors, with comments from host Laura Ingraham and YouTuber Matt Wallace. The incident reignites tensions between James and conservatives, who had already criticized him for his remarks against Trump during his first term.
