Zach LaVine is closer than ever to signing with the Lakers

He still has a lot to contribute in the league and, above all, a desire to redeem himself from the freefall in his status. Zach Lavine wants to join a team where he can shine again and be that disruptive player in attack capable of helping achieve great goals. Los Angeles Lakers continues to knock on his door, according to NBA rumors.

In life, there can be second chances, and that is what Zach Lavine will seek, although if he can do it outside of Chicago Bulls, even better. He doesn’t quite fit into Illinois' current project, determined to comb the market in search of an exit for a player who has never performed as expected. A progressive reconstruction is sought, and the talented shooting guard needs a different kind of environment to shine offensively with freedom and to strive for ambitious competitive goals.

Los Angeles Lakers needs to add disruptive players to their team from the perimeter and has various future Draft picks to offer, as well as young players on the level of Schiffino or Hachimura. This could be enough to convince the Chicago Bulls, who now see the departure of Zach Lavine with good eyes. If his landing with the Lakers were to materialize, their chances of competing for significant achievements would clearly increase.
