Viendo su nivel de juego y estado físico, nadie puede poner en duda el objetivo de Lebron James de seguir varios años en la élite y él mismo se reafirmó en ello tras su exhibición en el Madison. Además, reafirmó su pasión por implicar a sus compañeros y el honor que supone por ello convertirse en el cuarto mayor asistente de todos los tiempos. También fue cuestionado por la incorporación de Rui Hachimura, cuyo impacto positiva se está notando, diciendo que necesitan que se luzca y sea atrevido.
